Aika Felt Works' products are mostly made of 100% wool. Basically wool doesn't absorb water or dirt easily, but when you need to wash your felt products, please follow the instructions.
Washing by machine causes wool's shrinkage so it is recommended to wash by hand gently in cold or warm water under 30 degree centigrade.
Steaming iron or ironing under low temperature without direct contact on a product is sufficient. Sometimes products can be creased during shipping, which can be ironed out well with steam.
Wool fiber will be worn out by friction. Please cut worn-out fiber by scissors or shaver.
